The pleasant feeling of the water flowing in one direction, crossing and overcoming the obstacles such as stones and trees in the path can be compared to the open mind of a person. The ideas and thoughts need to come out with free flow and should not be stopped. By building barricaders you are storing the water for the later use. By holding on the spontaneous ideas you are storing to come up a bigger and more efficient idea. If you try to control the flow beyond the maximum capacity you are trying to invite a damager the same you are not restricting a person from not given a chance to open up his ideas and views in a bigger forum..
Bottom line: the flow should not be controlled but leave it a open mind.
